  • Evaluated the impact of liberalization reforms on structure, supply, demand and prices in European energy, telecoms and transport sectors (1998–2018).
  • Applied static and dynamic econometric models to identify the impact of regulatory reforms.
  • Developed data-science-based metrics tracking the status and evolution of reforms across regulated markets.
  • Research cited in the OECD Regulatory Policy Outlook 2021.
